How many countries do you ship to?
We are proud to offer international shipping services as we Ship to over 200 countries . However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be from one of those countries we will contact you.
HOW ABOUT CUSTOMS?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.
How about Tracking information?
You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is shipped but sometimes due to free shipping tracking is not available. For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase may be sent in separate packages even if you’ve specified combined shipping.

HOW ABOUT THE RETURNS?
Returns will be accepted within 14 days of delivery. To initiate your return please contact us to receive the return address and logistic company details.. Any unauthorised returns may result in refunds being delayed.
Buyer is responsible to return the order within 10 calendar days with a tracking number after receiving by email the return address.
If a customer fails to return the item within this time frame the refund request will not be processed after receiving the item.
If your item is received damaged we require you to first send us a picture showing the damage and upon inspection we will tell you whether it fits our criteria for replacement. Buyer pays shipping.
All items must be in an unused re-saleable condition and in their original packaging. We reserve the right to reject any return that does not fit this criteria.
Please include the returns number we provide so that the refund can be properly processed. If you don't include the returns number then we can't guarantee your refund can be processed.
Buyer is responsible for paying return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return is delivered.
